Technology Blogging
Just like demand gen requires content as fuel, websites also require content for SEO, particularly fresh content. I can bring fresh blogs to your site, with insight on the latest in technology.
I write blogs independently, based on current industry research, as well as input from your subject matter experts. While I recommend blogs remain non-promotional, I will incorporate your key value propositions as appropriate to amplify your messages.

Voice of the Customer
Testimonials & Case Studies
A satisfied customer telling the story of their successes with your technology can make a powerful content asset for demand gen as well as sales cycle progression. I enjoy interviewing customers to uncover these stories and depicting them in various ways, including written case studies, brief testimonial videos, and blog posts.
My testimonial creation process includes:
- Customer outreach
- Conducting interviews, often 20 minutes
- Video editing, typically down to 2:00
- Final case study document
- Additional assets such as press release, blog, & social posts
Empower your teams
Sales Enablement
Companies often have ‘tribal knowledge’ which is challenging to pass along to colleagues and new hires. I enjoy documenting this knowledge and supplementing it with additional insight to empower sales teams to go to market.
I’ve equipped multiple sales teams with “Sales Support Kits” comprised of assets for external promotion and internal reference materials such as:
- Feature / Advantage / Benefit Charts
- Objection Handling
- FAQ
- Scripts
tell compelling stories
Webinars
Good stories should be told through multiple mediums such as live conference presentations, infographic images, and webinars. While the primary messages communicated may remain the same, each medium requires tailoring.
I’ve produced many live webinars including creating:
- Slide presentations
- Promotional materials
- Live presentations

Marketing Manager, SingleOps
“Megan writes our case studies for SingleOps. She’s got a knack for asking the right questions and getting great information that makes our customers look amazing! Never met anyone like her, to be honest; it’s really impressive!
She’s incredible at what she does, and I really, truly appreciate her!”

Robin Izsak-Tseng
Global Demand Gen Strategist
“Megan wrote an ebook for Sponge Software and we are very pleased with the results. She took our initial outline and supplemented it with research, analogies, and humor—resulting in a compelling piece.
The process of collaborating and making edits was smooth, and turnaround was prompt. We ran successful social and email campaigns with the ebook, resulting in a steady stream of qualified leads.”

Josh Martin
Director of Product Marketing, Logi Analytics
“I really enjoyed working with Megan because she gets technology. At Logi, we compete in a complex market. The challenge when working with contractors is the time required to get them up to speed on our unique selling propositions, competitors, buyers, etc. This has never been an issue with Megan, because she understand technology, complex platforms and very quickly can speak to the unique value of our platform. Her contribution are immediate and impactful.
Megan’s range of skills also allowed us to leverage her in several critical areas that we needed assistance with. The result has been Megan wearing multiple hats for us at Logi from managing our Win-Loss survey program to contributing to blogs to case studies and other long form content. We provide high level guidance and Megan comes back with high quality, relevant and compelling results. She is a driven independent worker that provides her own strategic advice based on her extensive experience and has a unique tone of voice which allows her content to stand out.
We have benefited from working with Megan and I’m certain she will continue to be an important aspect of our marketing efforts for years to come.”
Content Generation Qs
Curious about working with a consultant?
We’ll connect via phone, Zoom, Google Meet, or hike (I’m open), and discuss your needs. I’ll make suggestions for content pieces. Once we’ve agreed on an initial scope, I’ll send a Statement of Work for approval.
I charge either a flat fee for a project, such as a blog or case study, or hourly.
I’m always happy to collaborate with clients however they prefer, even if that’s getting a briefing via voicemail my client recorded while cooking dinner (yes, really!)
Most of my clients prefer that I work independently. I propose a theme, or they ask me to write about a specific topic. Next, I conduct research and share a first draft.
Edits are typically done within the document, posting comments and accepting or rejecting suggestions. I’m also happy to jump on a call and discuss it live, which can give me valuable insights into your preferences.
I enjoy working with technology companies that empower businesses. I work most frequently with cybersecurity and technology services firms, but I also support a green industry app used by landscapers and a Swiss influencer marketing firm. I enjoy variety.
With my background in technology marketing, I understand much of the infrastructure and ops organization, including the regulations they have to deal with and their buying processes.
If your business solves problems I haven’t previously written about, I would welcome the opportunity to learn something new.
Glad you asked! I thought beautiful nature photos would be better than stock imagery of people smiling across a conference table.
